Reporting & security
There are many features throughout our services dedicated to giving you control over your system and business. The Management Portal lets you analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across a range of activities and view essential information about how CareDocs is used in your setting. You can also access powerful, customisable reporting features directly through the main CareDocs software to find how residents have been responding to care over select periods of time.
For additional security, we give you the option to choose where and how your staff can access CareDocs Cloud Portal and view sensitive resident information, for example, by granting access through specific locations or enabling certain devices. There are also several more security-based menus you can use to make sure your staff only see what they need to for a more efficient user experience.
Staff & resident user information
Important personal information about the people at your home can be stored within CareDocs and quickly accessed. This includes, addresses, birthdays, contact and emergency contact information, references, national insurance numbers, DBS check numbers and more. You can also upload files for staff, residents and for your home, such as letters, training certificates and photographs.
You and your staff can send messages to individuals or groups using the secure, risk-free Staff Messaging Centre. The instant communications are permanently kept on the system and are a valuable method of keeping people up to date with the latest news and announcements. Care home or business managers can also request receipts of acknowledgements.
A large selection of regularly updated Policies and Procedures can be quickly imported to your system. You can customise them and make more personalised to your business, and even create your own and monitor who has read the documents.
Keep track of the training courses your staff are required to complete and who needs to do them by recording your training plan in CareDocs. You can also record Staff Supervisions and keep an eye on them with built in reminders and reports.
