Staff records

Storing information about your staff on CareDocs is easy and safe. After you have added a staff member to the database you can complete their profile by adding their photo, personal details and files. Taking advantage of this is a quick way to transform your care management system into a wider hub for your staff management needs.

CareDocs can record addresses, birthdays, contact and emergency contact information, references, National Insurance numbers, DBS check numbers and any additional information which is handy to keep accessible. You can also upload files directly to the system. And don’t worry, it’s completely secure. Only management and the staff member involved will be able to see this information. 

If your staff will be logging in to CareDocs each day, consider adopting our timesheet system as a way to efficiently record working hours.

Staff communication

You and your staff can send messages to individuals or groups using the Staff Messaging Centre. The instant communications are permanently stored on the system unless manually deleted and are a valuable method of keeping people up to date with the latest news and announcements.

Training & supervisions

Enter your training programme into CareDocs to help remind staff members when their courses are due. You and your staff can digitally sign off when each course has been completed, allowing you to monitor who has or hasn’t finished theirs. Our dedicated training reports will give you a clear visual representation of the overall progress of each course and staff member.

To ensure periodic supervision appointments are not missed, CareDocs has a reminder system and a ready-made template to help make the whole process as simple as possible. Staff can contribute by adding their own comments or concerns and all completed sessions are retained for future reference.
